Symptom
In FBV1 you receive the error message ’FP099 – Check not successful due to document balance’, even though previously you were able to park a document without zero balance.

Reproducing the Issue
Post parked document in FBV1 and choose 'Check'.
You receive error message FP099.
Cause
You can park documents with a balance on three levels: 'Parking', 'Save as complete' and 'Post'. While in case of 'Save as complete' and 'Post' all data must be correct and complete without any balance (like in FB01), you can 'Park' documents with incorrect, incomplete data having a balance.
Resolution
The system works as designed. If you only want to be able to park complete documents without having a balance, consider to work with the flag 'Document must be complete for parking'. You can set it in FB00.
